Orbit Search is our deep social-listening engine. Enter any keyword or niche and it scans all three platforms simultaneously, returning a comprehensive trend report — top videos, creators, audios, and formats — in minutes.
What is Outlier Detection?
Outlier Detection flags videos and creators that are dramatically overperforming their historical baseline, so you catch viral momentum early. You get daily alerts about breakout content in your niches.
Does the Content Studio really use AI?
Yes. Content Studio is powered by Anthropic's Claude. Give it a topic and it generates viral hooks, a full script, captions, hashtags, and a production brief tailored to your platform and tone.
What are credits?
Credits are consumed by data-heavy actions like Orbit Search and AI generation. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; heavy daily users should size up to avoid running out. Credits can only be used inside Viralcatch — they can't be transferred, sold, or gifted to anyone else, and they can't be exchanged for cash.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, under our refund policy: you can cancel a payment within 7 days if you haven't used Orbit Search or AI generation since that payment, and billing errors, duplicate charges, or a plan we failed to apply are always refunded in full. Refunds are made by cancelling the payment — unused credits are never paid out in cash. The free credits you get at sign-up let you try the product before paying.
